How Bail Out Bail Bonds Will Get You Out of Jail

Before we can post bond we will need to ask you to filled out both a Defendant and Indemnitor application that will contain basic information (work address, identification, work history ..) We can come to your home if necessary or at our office. We will discuss all the option available for payment.
We will charge you between 10% - 8% percentage of the bail amount and cover the remaining cost of the bail amount.
After all the necessary documents have been completed and your payment is accepted by Bail Out Bail Bonds, then a court surety bond is posted at the jail, and then the person will be release. A surety bond states that you will fulfill your responsibilities as order by the courts.
Here in Van Nuys and most local jail not including County jails it take between a 1 to 2 hours get released and County jails can be between 6 to 12 hours.
When bond is approved we will go the jail or sometimes court and post the bond directly at the place of incarceration. We will either take the defendant home or to our office. It will be your choice.


The Process of Bailing out a Person that has been arrested

ARREST
When a person (Defendant) is arrested, the location where the defendant was arrest will depend if that Police department can hold that person in jail. If that Police department does not have the facility to hold the defendant, they will send the defendant to their nearest Holding Facility.
BOOKED
Then defendant is then booked. This procedure can take between 2-6 hours from the time arrest time.
FINGERPRINTED
The defendant is then fingerprinted. Then information is then sent to Sacramento to check if the defendant has any warrants or hold nationwide. The hold procedure can take between 4-8 hours.
CLEAR
If the defendant is clear then the jail will process the defendant and a bail amount is set for this person release. If no one will bail out this person, he will remain in custody until the court date.
RELEASE
After posting bail the Defendant will be release. The total time for the process can take up to 24 hours depending on the jail.
